Any advice/support would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everybody! TIA for reading if you do.. in 2019 I booked 3 tickets for Rammstein (2 x accessible seating & 1 x companion). I was informed at the time that the seats I was allocated may include a step, but there’s also a chance that they wouldn’t. I had stated I’m a full time wheelchair user so I was reassured that closer to the time the seating plan could be confirmed and I could be placed inside the wheelchair bay alongside the other ticket holders. The concert was postponed due to COVID, so is now scheduled to go ahead June 2022.
June 2022 comes and I hadn’t received any clarity with regards to the seating plan, so I had called the arena to confirm. I was informed that to reach the allocated seats; there are four steps which are unsuitable for wheelchair users, but there’s limited space available in the wheelchair bay; they couldn’t accommodate for the three of us so I had settled for myself and companion to be moved.
Yesterday, I received an email from the ticketing executive which states they are now able to move myself but no companion.. what?! They are proposing that a wheelchair user who is entitled to a companion must be situated alone throughout the performance unless I require their assistance.. how is that fair? I have been made aware that there is nothing else they can do to accommodate my request. I either go, and struggle (I would need assistance for even the smallest things).. or they will refund my tickets in full. A refund is out of the question as then my friends aren’t able to attend and will not be reimbursed for travel/accommodation.
The concert is 3 days away and nothing has been sorted. If you were in my position; what would you do?
Thank you
