Hello, i currently get the lwrca universal credit, on 25 june 22 i changed my address on my journal and it asked when did you change address and i put 6 june 22, they asked i do you have living costs i put yes and that i live with close relatives because i used to be NFA but now i live with my dad and im gonna pay him keep each month out of my money, i do not get any money towards my housing and do not want any. Can they stop my money because i did report the change of address straight away??? It was an honest mistake, i just forgot i was down as NFA with universal credit. Can someone please advise.. thankyou

As you're living with your dad then you won't be able to claim for any help with the rent anyway. So in your case it will made no difference that you didn't report the address changes as soon as you moved house. Your money will not stop.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I know they put the scary note up saying about how you were late reporting etc but it doesn't mean they will stop your money you can't be sanctioned for reporting a change late
