Ableism Advice

Hello everyone. This is my first post and I'm here because I am fed up with ableism in the workplace. I'm fuming right now after another example where the organisation just can't to see that their actions and the words they use are ableism. I really hope that this is lack of education so I want to do something about it. Does anyone know of any organisation, charity, group, not for profit that is dedicated or really focused on this as a topic. I'm an angry marketing consultant with skills that would be useful and want to give/donate my time to this. Thank you.
