Hi all my partner has been awarded the mobility part of pip by tribunal and I was wondering how long it usually takes for the backdate and letters to come through

It can take anything up to 8 weeks sometimes longer. This is because DWP have the same chance we do to appeal the decision but they must first request the statement of reasons within 1
month of the date of decision. They sometimes request it but rarely appeal.0 -
