Hello anyone could help me with some advice it’s my first time ever doing a claim and I have no idea and I’ve had no assistance from anyone so far, After applying for new style ESA they scored me zero on both parts, I asked to get a mandatory reconsideration and again it failed and I just received my tribunal date which is at the end of the month. I don’t know what or where I get more medical evidence as I’ve only sent what the neurosurgeon consultant sent to me after my mri on my spine.
I would be so grateful for any advice at all
thanks once again

For New style ESA unless placed into the Support Group your payments will end after 1 year so you need to look at the criteria for that. It's not about scoring points, you need to satisfy at least one of the descriptors, which you can see here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/employment-and-support-allowance/esa-glossary/support-group-descriptorsIf you think you qualify for at least one of them you need to give a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted that activity. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.If you think you qualify for the mobilising descriptor then you need to be aware that this also includes your ability to use a self propel wheelchair, if you can't do this then you'll need to tell them why. It's never too late to get expert advice, so start here for that. https://advicelocal.uk/
