    No it's not.
You get the £650 because you are on UC.
You also get the £150 because you are PIP.
You will also get the £400 help with electricity through your supplier.
You will therefore get a total of £1,200 (plus the £150 through council tax bills earlier in the year).

Don't know what you are reading. People who ONLY get PIP do not get the £650. That is completely different to somebody who gets PIP plus a different income based DWP benefit such as UC.
    Fully set out here

You're clearly reading all the wrong things or misunderstanding what you're reading. The criteria hasn't changed since the cost of living payments were announced. Please so the proper link posted above.

That was never said on any official information. As I said earlier, PIP claimants would only be excluded if they were not also getting an income based DWP benefit or Tax Credits.

@jude1967 I would take any guess at what the energy "cap" will be in January with a pinch of salt, and remember these figures are caps not what everyone will pay but the most they can be charged.
Remember too that the figures quoted for caps are indicative figures based on 'average usage'. The cap is actually the maximum rate that can be charged for standing charge and for unit charge, not the maximum amount that can be charged. What people will actually pay, regardless of the cap, will vary widely depending on usage.
