I had my telephone assessment on 4th Jluy and have received a text this morning saying they have yet to arrive at a decision. Is this good or bad news.
Thank you for your help in advance

Hi and welcome to the community
It means nothing more than what it says no decision has been made0 -
Welcome to the community @Mrssarajb
Thanks for joining, and for posting about your PIP claim.
As janer1967 has explained, it probably doesn't really indicate any good or bad news. Waiting times for decisions can vary, and the length of time doesn't suggest whether your claim will be successful or not.
How did you find the assessment?0
