PIP Question please help

Hello I phoned again today to ask for a update on my pip they said the decision maker has sent back to the assesment provider because they completed it without the doctors factual report the report was all accurate and very good and now it's been sent back to the assesment provider to get the GP Factual Report I was told they have requested it but it was my old doctors name that I heard on the phone the agent I was speaking to and on the forms I submitted was all up to date information anew doctors letter and everything I don't know what is going on how did they get my old doctors name and address when I submitted new details and what will be happening please as its sent back to assesment provider can they just reject my claim or what will happen has anyone had any experience like this

Usually when the report is returned to the health assessment providers it's likely to be because there's some contradictions in the report against the evidence you sent. Other than that we can only guess what the issue is. Unfortunately, there's nothing more you can do until a decision's been made.
