PIP review

Hello. I sent my review form, which they received 3 weeks ago. Then they sent txt message confirming that they have my form. Will they send me a letter with a date of assessment or txt? I missed one call from Birmingham 0121- but there was no voicemail. Their office is in Wolverhampton with area code 019 . Does PIP call people from 0800? My award ends in February 2023. So I was wondering if they were trying to get hold of me.

There are long waits for assessments - it is very unlikely anyone will have tried to contact you about an assessment yet.0

It could be several months before you hear anything. Most people have assessments so you should expect one of those.0

Ok guys. Thank you.0

They called me on the 08001214433 number. It's the number I call when I change address but also the number they use to call others.0

Hi @robertt I'm glad to see the community could help with your query, I've just moved this discussion over into our PIP category so that it's a little easier to find, especially if someone has a similar question.
If you need a hand preparing for your assessment (if you need one) or anything else comes up in the meantime, please let us know and we'll do what we can to help.
I wish you all the best with your review, and keep us updated with how things go0
