Another PIP question (sorry!) Is this a change of circumstances?

If your friend or partner stop encouraging you to do some of the tasks of the descriptors. Does that mean it’s a change of circumstances?

I might be getting a support worker you see

No, it doesn't. PIP is about the help you need, regardless of whether you receive any help. Mark, please put all the assessment reports and decision letters away so you can't keep looking at them.
Do you have something that you can do to distract yourself from constantly thinking about your PIP and ESA claims?

But I put down that they encourage me and prompt me and are no longer doing this.

It doesn't make any difference. Just because no one does this, it doesn't mean you don't need prompting. Again, you are overthinking everything.

I've just sent you an email from community@scope.org.uk @Mark8699, so please do keep an eye out for that :)

It seems like you're quite anxious about your benefit claims at the moment. Are you receiving any support to help you manage your anxiety?

Do you have a good support network of friends, family members, or other peers, who can help to support you through this stressful time?

Is there anything you can do that usually helps you to relax and take your mind off of things? When I'm stressed about something, and find it's on my mind a lot, I like to watch TV, listen to music, spend time with loved ones, do puzzles, or go on a walk.

Mind also have a page on self-care for anxiety, which you might find helpful.

If there's anything we can do to support you, please just let us know.

How do you get expert face to face advice? Citizens advice only do telephone calls and the woman I rang recently was quite rude to me tbh.
