What advice exactly are you looking for? It would help if you gave more information. Are you currently renting privately or from social housing? Do you own your own home? You say you're married, is your partner able to help?I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Welcome to the community @aylissahun93
Thank you for joining the community, and for sharing a little bit of information about your situation with us.
As poppy123456 has said, it may help us to give you some advice and support if you were to feel comfortable telling us a bit more about your current situation, and any challenges you're facing.
Moving house can be really stressful and overwhelming. Something I find helpful is to work on a list of everything I need to do, order it by priority, and then break each step down into smaller, more manageable steps. If you let us know which steps you're struggling with, we may be able to help you break each one down.
Some examples of things you might like to think about at this stage are:- what your budget is
- which specific areas you're looking at moving to
- what specifications the new property would need to have
- what you need to do to leave your current property, such as putting your home up for sale, or checking how long your notice period is if you're renting
Which? have checklists for when you're viewing properties, and when you're actually moving, which you may find helpful when you get to those stages.
You've mentioned that you've been experiencing some mental ill health- is that right? Are you receiving enough support to help you manage that at the moment?
