They don't always send a text to say they received your forms. If this is an appointment for your assessment then you will need to make sure you attend. The assessment can last from about 20 - 120 minutes, sometimes longer. Yes, they do send text reminders for assessments.littleruthie123 said:Was praying for a paper based review as had put nothing had changed.but I understand this is rare sadly .(
If you put "no changes and nothing else" then i'm not surprised that an assessment is needed. Although most people have them anyway, even for reviews. Putting no changes doesn't help. All claims should be treated as a new claim and you should put as much information as possible.0 -
I dident put no change and nothing else.i answered all the questions as I've done before ..it seems logical now they recieved it as now have telephone consultation thanks0

Hi everyone my first review call got cancelled annoyingly .I had another one and I say my experience was positive .the assessment went through most of what i had put on my form.she went over a few questions a couple of times .she did acknowledge it was a review luckily so not everything was discussed .the call was about 45 minutes which still felt long and I was very anxious .I also thought I'd be waiting a long time for the result.but 2 weeks later I got my reward and letters.everything stayed rhe same as she gave me a slightly longer award six years .which is such a massive relief .so overall positive telephone assessment and honest0

Hi littleRuthie. I'm so pleased your review was successful. Still nothing yet I'm afraid. 😕.. I have been trying not to think about it though. I will see when that brown envelope comes through the door for an assesment. I will keep this forum posted x0
