Hi I'm new to this
If anyone can help my husband esa didn't go in without any notice or contact on contacting them no one was to sure why just that awaiting decision was on notes but not much more so all I can do us wait but wouldn't someone know

We can only guess what the problem is and why he didn't receive his money. Sounds like the person you spoke to wasn't very helpful. All you can do is ring them again tomorrow and hopefully this time you'll speak to someone more helpful.

Welcome to the community @deedee88 Thanks for joining!
That sounds like a stressful situation for you and your husband. Obviously we can't say for sure why this might be, but when members have mentioned similar problems in the past, it's often turned out to be an admin error. Fingers crossed that's all it is for you both.
Have you been able to try and call them again today?0
