Hi I'm new. I've been waiting for a call back from ESA for 4 days

Hi I'm new to this. So here goes, is it just me or everyone else I'm been waiting for a phone call back from Esa for 4 days now I phoned them and said she would get some one to phone me from 2 different departments but yes you guested no phone calls.

    Thanks for making this post, and again welcome to the community :) I hope you are getting used to using the site and if you ever have any questions then don't hesitate to ask.

    What was your call to ESA in relation to? Sorry to hear that they never got back in touch with you. Sadly, it's something we see quite frequently - that the DWP haven't followed up with a caller after saying they will do so. 

    Of course sometimes things come up which mean they can't, and hopefully this is just a case of them not being able to get back in touch yet. Hopefully they will do soon. However, if it is concerning you that you haven't yet heard back it might be worth giving them another call this evening, or on Monday.
