Hi all, I received my pip award notice on Friday, and was very surprised to see I scored 16 points so getting higher rate daily living, but score only 4 points for mobility, they say I can plan and follow a journey, which I can't, I don't drive and have to be taken to work and brought home, ( I work with my sister ) by my hubs or bro in law, I have anxiety, depression, memory issues, and insomnia, I receive a regular call from my gp, and also have a psychiatrist because I have BPD,I'm not bothered about not getting points for mental health but they have told blatant lies like I wasn't anxious, ,I was shaking so much my teeth were chattering and also apparently I coped well with the assessment also a lie as I had to take a few minutes out I was crying and overwhelmed that much, I can't leave the house to do anything other than work or doc apps as I have panic attacks in busy places or unfamiliar places, I have halved my hours in the last 2 years down to 3 a day, supervisor only role, I try to keep working as its better for my mental health i feel like I contribute something to society, if I can't have my trusted people to take me to work I can't go, I'm very upset at the lies that were written, my question is, can I complain and send in proof of my mental health status,so they know I'm not lying as I feel like they are saying I'm a fraud which I'm not (I was not asked about my anxiety that I remember only my bpd) without having to go through a MR as I'm not well enough to do that and wouldn't alter the outcome anyway as I said I'm not looking to alter the award I just don't like lies being written, sorry for the rant.

Hi and welcome to the community
Making a complaint about the report or assessment will not change the award decision
The only way to change the award is through the appeal process eg MR and then tribunal if no change at MR
The MR process is quite simple all you need is to write and detail the descriptors you think you should score more on and why giving details of real life examples
Of course may not change the award but this is only way0 -
You can make a complaint to the health assessment providers, details on how to do that will be on their website.
