PIP award text

Hello, what a great forum!
I applied for PIP on 06/06/22 and had my telephone assessment on 04/08/22. (This was a rescheduled appt as I was given a face to face appointment for 11/08 but called to ask if it could be changed due to severe anxiety re having epileptic seizures on public transport).
Received a text on 05/08/22 saying that DWP had received my assessment, which was quick!
This morning (16/08/22) I received another text saying I've been awarded PIP which was a huge relief - after lots of reading, I was fully expecting to have to really fight for it!
I called the automated line and it told me my next payment will be on 12/09/22 and the amount. My question really is whether this is always accurate? I'm so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience I'm sort of expecting things to go wrong and still feeling very anxious (I know I should be grateful and of course I am!)
Should I receive a back payment before then?
Many thanks! Hope my timeline helps others too

That was exceptionally quick! We have members waiting several months. Money owed is usually paid into your bank before you receive the decision letter. The automated payment line will be details of your first 4 weekly payment. You should be able to work out what your award is from that.
