Hi

Ive been up since 7.30am, phone on at 8am..Had an app between 8:15am to 9:15am for Disability energy support, and received an email saying they tried to call. But zero MISSED calls on my phone?  Anyone else experienced this? (Not sure what category to put this in)

    Update:  Just called the line that opens at 11am..Called at 11:05am and it states all of their advisors are busy and then got cut off..  Ive checked and checked and i did not receive a call from them, and now cant seem to get through to them at all, despite calling 4-5mins after their lines open.

    Try ringing again, if you haven't already.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    No. Scope have a disability energy support helpline and this is what the thread is about.
