It appears reassessments have restarted. Saw a comment from someone claiming to have had one. Not happy because my neighbours steal my mail.Ill find out soon enough when my benefits stop. Not had a bank statement in 6 months.0

Hello there @KerryBemmy thanks for reaching out today. I'll need to ask a few questions just so that I can understand things more fully, if that's okay
Can I ask what support and what benefits you're getting at the moment?
I wonder if you could tell me if you'd be comfortable giving the job centre a call, or perhaps asking about this on your journal, are you able to access a journal online?
I'm sorry to hear that your neighbours steal your mail, have you spoken to them about this, or perhaps you could get in touch with the building manager to try and find a resolution?
It could be that your bank has changed how many statements they issue to save on paper, but they usually make you aware of this. Are you able to contact them to discuss how often you'd like a statement? Would online banking be something that might work for you?
If you feel there's something we could help with further, please let us know.

I'm on IS ESA. My statements are sent monthly not had one for 6 months.I have contacted ESA and unfortunately I was right I was sent an ESA50 form last Monday(not this Monday just gone) so my letter has gone missing. It appears Reviews have restarted recently for older claims, I was last reviewed in 2017 so it definitely due.Luckily they sending a new form to my mum's house.0

I'm not aware of reviews starting back up again. If people are having work capability assessments it will be a first time assessment or a change of circumstances.

Well I contacted DWP and it showing that an ESA50 was sent out to me, according to them. I have been getting ISESA for 8+ years I was moved from IS in 2013 I been in Support group ever since.I was last reviewed 4-5 year ago. No change of circumstances or anything that would cause a fresh claim. My partner has been on my claim for the same period, again no change. We did move(2 streets away in same town) but that was before our last review, anyway that wouldn't cause a review 5 years later.0

I have retrieved my ESA50 form, it appears it had been delivered to the Kebab shop at the front of my flat with loads of other mail. I just went and asked due to desperation (I never bothered before because I though reviews were suspended and my other mail is usually junk). Thanks all. Unfortunately the letter that came with it confirms it is in fact a review. Gutted.Hoped to wait a few more years.0
