I know it's hard to contact them but try ringing when they first open and request a call from your case manager0 -

I must admit though along the way I have complained as they didn't even send me the form to claim for LCWRA for four months and then they kept pestering me with job interviews which I just didn't want, I wanted to be left in peace to recover. Now I don't have to bother with them until the next assessment and I am so thankful and grateful for the peace and to be able to concentrate on getting better.0 -
Oh shelbell that sounds horrendous! I'm so sorry you had to go through all that, I hope they don't take that long that really is cruel, they just don't care do they? X X I am hoping my MR decision comes back soon, I pester them everyday, they are a joke! Thanks for your messages xxxx hope u are completely sorted out now X ❤️0
