My name is Kemmie and am new to scope. Can someone please advise?
Question: How long do I have to wait for for LCWWRA back payment? I was told I had been back dated from April 26th 2022 and I can see that on my statement I have awarded LCWWRA for assessment period July and August 2022 which will be paid 1st September. Can anyone tell me how long I have to wait as today is the 7th day that my letter says I will get an update, however there is nothing on my journal.
Thank you

There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is then paid from the 4th month of your claim. It's not paid at all during the waiting period. If you were awarded from April then your waiting period will be April/May, May/June, June/July... LCWRA payable from AP 26th July to 25th August and first payment will be 1st September. No LCWRA element is owed, which is why you haven't recieved a letter on your journal. It says "if we owe you some money you will receive a letter in 7 days"1
