Working on esa lcwra

I've recently been awarded lcwra for depression and anxiety which has regularly relapsed over the past 2 years but I do have some good periods. I am confused over whether or not I'm allowed to work. I'm an Early Years Practitioner and still on supply lists for 2 local authorities which means I could pick up a few days here and there when I'm feeling well. Would I be allowed to do this?
Thanks

If it’s ESA you’re claiming then you can do permitted work but you must make sure you work less than 16 hours/week and earn no more than £152/week.
You must make sure you tell DWP. If the work you do contradicts the reasons why you’re claiming ESA then the decision could go against you when you’re next reassessed. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/employment-and-support-allowance-permitted-work-form/permitted-work-factsheet

You mention LCWRA rather then Support Group.
If you are claiming ESA then the rules are as described by poppy. If you are claiming  UC then there are no limits.

I'm glad you have found the replies helpful :)

Do you mind me asking whether you have any support in place to help you manage your depression and anxiety? For example, is your GP aware of how your mental health impacts you.
