Hi @Curtains_Girl, welcome here. It sounds like a bit complicated life.
Can I ask if anyone is actually at the moment  helping to overcome those problems?

Hello Iza and Happy New Year. Sorry it's taken me a while to reply. I'm not really receiving help. I'm on new meds for my newly diagnosed ADHD and under a psychologist who I have phone calls with every few months x

Hello @Curtains_Girl. Happy New Year from me.

Please don't apologise for taking a while to reply. The most important thing is that you feel able to reach out to us when you want to and need to.

It sounds really difficult that you are not really receiving help at the moment. What would help, in an ideal world, look like for you at the moment?

You have mentioned being on new meds for your newly diagnosed ADHD and under a psychologist who you have phone calls with every few months.

How are you finding these things at the moment? We are here with you if you would like to share more with us.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if we can do anything to support you. We are all here for you and listening to you.

Take care for now and we will look forward to, hopefully, hearing from you again soon  :)
