Your blue badge and bus pass will not help a PIP claim.
You can request the Tribunal for that decision. You should also get some expert advice from an agency near you. Start here https://advicelocal.uk/
To constantly reapply using the same evidence will likely see constant refusals.

    Good afternoon @Rosie

Although the DWP has said that they don't think you are entitled to PIP you can appeal that decision.  An entitlement to a blue badge or a disability bus pass do not in themselves mean you are entitled to get PIP.  You need to show how your COPD effects you on a daily basis and how it restricts your ability to carry out the various PIP activities.  Doing the washing and going shopping are not specific PIP activities but you should explain how your mobility is effected when you are out shopping.  Equally whilst doing the washing at home isn't a PIP activity the impairment that limits you may be similar to when you are washing or dressing yourself.  You should give everyday examples of each activity which you struggle with because of your disability and explain why you struggle - are you in pain, breathless, nauseous and does it take  you a long time. Do you rely on help from someone.

This link from Citizens Advice explains the sort of information you need to give when you complete your PIP form.  It sound as if you have been turned down for PIP as you haven't given as much detail of your conditions and how they effect you as you could  as you could have done.  You can now deal with this in you appeal by following the tips given by Citizens Advice.

As poppy says your local welfare rights organisation will be able to help you with an appeal as would your local citizens advice.
