The Tribunal is not a court, you are not on trial. Some hearings maybe held in a court building but it’s completely different to a court. If you are referring to what DWP have sent such as the assessment report then you should put that to one side and forget about it.What you should be doing is concentrating on weaknesses in your evidence and not the strength of DWPs.0

Good morning @donnamk50 and welcome to the online community.
I am sorry that you don't agree with what has been said about you in the report carried out by the health assessor. Unfortunately a lot of people find that they have similar experiences to yours and feel that the report does not accurately reflect what they remember of the assessment.
You can complain to the assessment provider about how the assessment was carried out
You should also prepare for the tribunal hearing. You are not on trial and you will be given the opportunity to explain how your disabilities affect the way you struggle to carry out the various PIP activities. You should give real life examples in respect of each of the PIP activities you are seeking points for. You should explain how your conditions affect you and whether you need help in order to carry out the activity. The tribunal will consider whether the DWP has shown that you can carry out an activity reliably and for the majority of the time.If you'd like to have a look at the rest of the forum, you can find all the latest conversations in our recent discussions category, all the different topics in our categories page, and you can meet and chat with other members over in our virtual coffee lounge too.
