The first note is in your March to April monthly period.
The three month wait would be April to July.
If awarded LCWRA would be payable for the July to August period onwards.
However the LCWRA status itself should, if awarded it, apply from the start of the March to April period in which you reported the health condition. Benefit cap should therefore be removed from the start of that period.0 -
10th of may 2022 is when I reported health change as that’s when I upload my first sick note dated 30/04/20220
-
If you didn’t report the health condition until 10th May that is the date that will be used. The fact that your Fact Note has an earlier start date will not matter. Therefore the dates will be a month later than previously advised.
You reported your health condition in your April to May monthly period.
The three month wait would be May to August.
If awarded LCWRA would be payable for the August to September period onwards.
However the LCWRA status itself should, if awarded it, apply from the start of the April to May period in which you reported the health condition. Benefit cap should therefore be removed from the start of that period.
