    Yuk I don't like dried fruit in any shape or form 

    Now a cheese scone is a whole different dimension 9f deliciousness

    Cheese scones are yummy not with jam and cream tho 

    Just warm with lots of butter or with cre cheese and crab on

    I love cheese scones too, love them toasted with plenty of butter or as a cobbler on top of a lamb stew.

    I would eat a nice cheese scone with lots of butter and a bit of marmite.
    Never thought of it on my cobbler, i will give that one a go x

    I use scone or dumpling mix baked on top of stew to turn it into a beef cobbler @wendy41
    I'm a silver server now, but when i was little our Mom would make a large yorkshire pudding on a Sunday, we would have half with our Dinner, then the other half cold sprinkled with sugar for our Tea in the evening.
