@chiarieds Hi, thanks for your comment. I am fully set and focused on my tribunal and have got all my evidence and I am just waiting. In the mean time, I will also continue to pursue this fight. My problem does not lie with assessor but with the decision maker, thus, the DWP. Whilst the assessor did make mistakes, this would just be classed as my word against hers. This wouldn’t be worth trying to fight however, going back to my issue with the DM for DWP. Their decision in my report that I go back with all my points and scores, was disgraceful. Some of the comments made were completely unacceptable and discriminatory and a blatant lie was told which was proven and confirmed with the EVIDENCE they sent to the tribunal to get my case dismissed. This is why I with pursue!0

...I’m struggling and this, as stated above, could change my life. I can’t keep living like this and I’m now in a queue, it’s unknown how long for, to have to attend a tribunal which is the worst thing I could think of having to do, because of them.
I haven't yet seen it mentioned and don't have a great deal of experience in this area but I'm aware there is a possibility to ask for an appeal to be expedited and know in the past it has been granted in situations where the delay is causing undue significant distress and difficulty. It can't be guaranteed and I would strongly recommend getting support with your appeal, especially if you want to try for it to be expedited.

@Adrian_Scope
This is extremely extremely helpful. I never thought of this. I will contact the tribunal. Many thanks.1 -
Hi,
Just an update - spoke with PIP and was given an apology and they acknowledged the error they made and couldn’t give me an explanation. The case manager that I spoke to said that he knows it’s unfair and pushed me to go to my appeal as he believes I would be awarded. I’m angry and relieved and focused on my appeal now. I have a letter from my psychologist- will this be in my favour?0 -
Glad to hear you had a response at least.Ellefrance2 said:I have a letter from my psychologist- will this be in my favour?If you haven't given any real world examples then you should do this for your submission.0

My psychologist has mentioned all of the descriptors and how my conditions are affected by them.0

This is a little bit of what has been written.0

You have your full name showing at the top of the screenshot so i've reported it to admin for your safety, personal information is not allowed here.I must be honest and say that the letter hasn't gone into a huge amount of details on exactly how your conditions affect you, which is usually the case with these sort of letters. Housework isn't considered in any of the descriptors. As you have it then it can't hurt to send it to HMCTS.I still advise to focus on the real world examples.0

How do I delete it?0

Also that’s only part of it and it does specify the issues I have and confirms some of the statements I’ve made.0

Hi, no that’s fine, I appreciate it. Thanks0

Thanks for acknowledging this @Ellefrance20
