good afternoon I have already in received of the lower pip. But I have been in servea trapped sciatica and am in so much pain and struggling with my everyday life. Can I let the pip know for change in circumstances

Yes you can report a change of circumstances but if you do this you will be sent more forms to fill in and another assessment is most likely. There is of course a risk to your current award too because the decision could either stay the same, be awarded a higher rate, or your PIP could stop completely.A worsening of condition doesn't mean you could score more points for a higher award either. You'd be well advised to get some specialist help, see: https://advicelocal.uk/ & chose 'welfare benefits' from the drop down menu, before putting in for a change of circumstances, which would mean completing a new claim form & going through another assessment.You do not need to contact PIP unless a change of circumstances might mean additional points would be added that may increase your PIP award.
