I've been having serve back pains that effects my left leg it goes numb and my foot goes all tingly I've been experiencing this since March and have been doctors, its effecting my daily task and have not been to work for over 4 weeks now and been getting sick notes im being referred to a psycho for my back as they say it may be siactica Is there any advice anyone can give me please.
