Withdrawal of PIP claim

Couple of months back, on the 04/04/2022 I requested to withdraw my case for PIP and to
cancel my claim and my telephone
assessment. Because at the time I felt overwhelmed and struggled to cope with the whole process, and I needed further support.
Is it possible for me pick up where i left off / reinstate my claim and rearrange a date for an assessment now, or will i need to fill in the form again and go through the whole process eg contact the DWP again ?

I only ask because its only been about 5 months since withdrawing my claim.
Please can someone advise,
thanks

You may need to restart your claim but to know for certain you will need to ring PIP and ask if your claim was cancelled.

Hi @haffyali has poppy's reply helped you get the information you need to contact PIP, or is there anything else you're unsure of?
Let us know if we can help further
