Am non verbal how do I access a copy of my PIP is there someone I can email

    You can use relay UK to contact PIP.

    Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

    Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
    British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet
    Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

    This is a question we get reasonably often. It certainly seems as though there's quite a strong desire for people to be able to contact the DWP in alternative ways. 

    Will using the Relay service be an option for you? 

    Do you mind me asking what you need a copy of your award for?
