@bluefox my gp I’m with now are pretty pants and it’s difficult to get an appointment and even more difficult to get them to actually help, they tend to get the appointments (phone calls only) done as fast as they can and just rush through so I’ve never asked them for help with anything other than medication. I did a self referral for CBT but that wasn’t the right thing for me as they discharged me after about 4/5 weeks because I had a good week and they said I was fine to do things myself0
