Your son isn't the only person, there's lots of others that haven't received it. There's many other threads here that you can see https://forum.scope.org.uk/categories/cost-of-livingThey were late sending all payments and most people didn't start to receive it until Tues 27th September and payments should have started from 20th Sept. You should at least give it to the end of the week.

Welcome to the community @liv8789
As poppy123456 has said, there are quite a few people who haven't yet received the payment, unfortunately. I imagine it'd be quite an anxious wait. I hope that it doesn't take too long to arrive! Please do let us know when it does.
How are you and your son coping in the meantime?

Hi
thank you to you both . It’s a worrying time for everyone . To be honest as long as my boy is ok that’s all that’s important . I think it’s the not knowing what’s going on with support . As the dates they give you are out of the window . There’s no point in ringing them they can’t tell you anything
be safe everyone

Yes, I do think it's often the uncertainty that's been causing people such anxiety @liv8789. You're not the only one to feel that way. These are very uncertain and worrying times.0

i haven’t had mine yet either. I filled out the online form and was informed that I would hear from them in a couple of weeks but it could be longer. I was counting on it last week but I’m all right now luckily. It seems we’re not alone and many are still waiting0

Thank you . Iv said to myself it’s not coming don’t account for it . So when it does it’s a bonus0
