Hello,

So.. what’s everyone’s favourite song at the minute? Or maybe a song that helps uplift your mood? 

Name a song you’re listening to and what that song does to you emotionally. 

Mine at the moment is:
”Lifted by the Lighthouse Family” 

Beautiful song for when you’re feeling down.

    I tend to listen to lofi hiphop when I'm working, which makes me feel more relaxed, calm, and focused :)

    I like most music except for jazz and country, Johnny Cash being the only exception for country.   Today my mood has me listening to Mozart's Requiem.  Music can soothe the soul or inspire.

    I think that's very true @frann84ie I often listen to music to help me feel calm, or other times to motivate me :) 

    While I work, my favourite music tends to be without lyrics, film or videogame soundtracks, just something in the background to help me focus.

    The one song and video that never fails to cheer me up is Nandi Bushell's drum cover of  My Chemical Romance's, Welcome to the Black Parade.  If that doesn't cheer you up, nothing will.  Check her out on her YouTube channel.

    So many, I wish I could turn back the clock , simply because there were times when music really could have helped much more.

    Anyway, simply because it brings both passions together, The Clash (just to add, I'm more into songs, then one artist), 'London Calling', this is played before every home match.

    So many I can't name them all; but I mostly enjoy Anime music, Country Pop, Rock, Power metal, and Pop. Anything catchy and with a melodic chorus. Favorite song might either be "Tim McGraw", "Naturally", or "Come Together". "I don't wanna miss a thing" by Aerosmith is also up there, maybe "Nighttrain" by GnR as well.

    My all time favourite song is Waterloo Sunset by the Kinks, others include All the Young Dudes-Mott the Hoople, Head over Feet-Alanis Morrisette, anything by Squeeze, Dance of the Knights from Romeo and Juliet-Prokofiev, any Nandi Bushell drum cover, to name a few.
