    @DanteJo94, Just had a look at Ningen Isu, Seriously good musicians and singer, Definitely be banging these out again, @66Mustang, just had a look at this Nightcore, must admit never heard of it before, sounds like a mixture of Symphonic Metal, and standard radio fare, but it seems to work, that is just my interpretation of it, be interested to know what others think, but will be giving this a whirl as well.

    @Wilshyboy Nightcore is basically just an edit of an existing song, you can have a nightcore version of a rap song, metal, pop whatever you want :) it is basically just sped up and higher pitch which is why they use pictures of anime characters quite often because it sounds like anime people singing

    I am listening to Layla by Eric Clapton quite a lot presently!

    Also Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath :D

    Does anyone ever look back at their old music purchases - whether iTunes history from 10 years ago or old CDs - and cringe a little bit?

    Some of the songs I bought 10 years ago I keep thinking why did I buy that :D

    I've been listening to Dancer by Idles pretty much on repeat today.  I could listen to the rest of the new album I guess...

    @66Mustang I used to DJ, so I just put any terrible purchases down to "I probably needed that track for the club." and try to forget about it. :D

    I have to say I've been listening to some old bangers from my past. Songs I'd probably call "meme songs" to be honest. Like Dragostea Din Tei (usually known as the Numa Numa song) and Eiffel 65's Blue

    Just some songs that remind me of fun times in my teens, perhaps not amazing songs but very nostalgic.

    @Jimm_Scope it's weird how songs can be nostalgic isn't it?? I didn't have the best time growing up and as a teen but I still listen to songs from that time and it evokes fond emotions for some reason, even though I wouldn't go back to that time if I could. Maybe because the song helped me get through it or something, but maybe shouldn't try to apply logic, who knows how these emotions work :D

    @Amberpearl

    That's really cool!!

    Probably wrongly but I am surprised you are into heavy metal music as you seem like a gentle person and with your cats and stuff :D

    Do you like Disturbed?? Or Black Sabbath??

    Random question

    With the exception of people who can't enjoy it due to things like disability....do you think it's possible to "not like music"?

    Or is it such a diverse spectrum that there has to be something in it for everyone?

    Interesting one.  I've always assumed everyone liked music! But speaking from a ND point of view, I know some folk have major sensory issues, so maybe they can't listen to music?
