where to go on fireworks night to avoid the loud noises

my friend used to spend a week with his mum in the country but his mum has passed away is there any where anyone can suggest please

I think it maybe difficult if they don't know anyone living in the middle of no where. Fireworks tend to start a few weeks before bonfire night.Have they thought about buying a pair of ear defenders? They will block out all the noise and are not that expensive if you look on Amazon, i would post a link but advertising a paid product isn't allowed here.1

That's a really difficult one and I feel for you, I don't know where you live so can't help with places much but you could try googling bed and breakfasts or holiday lets under the postcode where he used to stay, try and make sure wherever you find doesn't have a firework display nearby as they have annual displays where I grew up in the country. Hope you find somewhere0

It's hard to recommend when we don't know where in country he can get to how will get there and what sort of accommodation he wants eg hotel or b&b or self catering0
