Hello my name is Angela, I’m in receipt of pip & universal credit, I’m just wondering if anyone else hasn’t received their £150 cost of living payment? I did receive the £326 cost of living payment, I’ve been under the impression I was due to get the £150 from 20th September (obviously I was awear of the delay) but as of today 7/10/22 I still haven’t received the £150.

There's lots of others that haven't received it too. You can report a missing payment here. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment#report-a-missing-cost-of-living-payment

Thank you poppy, that's been a great help. I was worried as everyone I know has had there's already. I filled the form it says they will be back in touch with in around two weeks.

Hi, I have not received my payment either as of the 10th of October, also filled in a form over a week ago. I read somewhere that they hope to have paid out everyone by the first two weeks of October, so as it is the end of this week let's hope we all get ours soon.

Thank you, I’m ok considering. Colds effecting all joints which isn’t very pleasant, struggling to sleep but having a complete rest day today, I’ve got a friends who’s cooking tea tonight and bringing it over bless her. Hope your well 😊

Good afternoon all, I've received a letter from the dwp saying I am eligible for the £150 payment and it will be in my account under DWP cost of living, it didn't state a date it just said the payment will be in due course.

I've spoken to a friend and she said she got hers on the same day (in two different transactions) as her pip payment. I'm not sure if this is how it's been rolled out or not. But no one seems to give an accurate date for payment. I thought the letter was very lazy. 🤞our Payments come soon

It's paid as a separate payment to your usual PIP amount.

Yes that what my friend said her was paid the same day as her pip on two amounts, her usual pip and the £150 payment.

I have just spoken to the dwp with regards to the 150 pound cost of living payment, apparently it is being processed by a small department which you cannot contact. The gentlemen said there is a direct internal email staff can use to contact them, however, when they email they get the comment we will get to it when we get to it, not very helpful, but it can go in at anytime so it sounds like they are manually paying it and not by bacs

    Thanks for confirming @Melj

I hope others see this as a reason not to bother calling.

Sounds like just that thersee Coffey is sat there with her cigar processing it and it's random who gets it. Utter shambles it is and many left like this. As soon as possible means God knows when.... this government is just one utter joke.

Well I have decided that if it is not in my bank by tomorrow morning I am going to bombard the secretary of state for dwp with emails until I get it

Therese Coffey is no longer the Work & Pensions Secretary and is now (somehow) Health Secretary and Deputy Prime Minister. Chloe Smith has taken up her role at Work & Pensions.
