I'm new ere but,I have been the subject of a personal vendetta by Manchester city council
This involves an abuse of courts process
And my nieghbour abusing my rights to family and private life
Where by southway housing in Manchester used a vunerable adults to support allegations of harrassing my nieghbour which is unfounded
I am a gay man and the courts have provided me with an injunction and following legal knowledge that I'm aware of under Maxima's law and the equality act 2010
I have been threatened with eviction threatened to have my disability pip award provided by the appeal court in London whom provided my pip award for 10 years I am on my second year of this
I continue to be harrassed by my nieghbour who I have images of her having a 📷 in her kitchen window and accused that my sexuality isn't normal
Its been a full scale vendetta
However these do not bother me again all
Iv been given an unlawful injunction accused of racism and the issue continues daily
I am looking to move in time because of this women at the housing abusing my rights under my tenancy
I seen your team outside my local Sainsbury's and iv been financly abused byy previous landlord one Manchester whom continue to attempt to claim rent from a property previous following Thier failings
The time as come for our human rights to be left in tact
As people may be aware our disabilities are protected and so is our rights to claim no time barred on disabilities which remain in tact within the EU due to this abuse of our system of 5 years
This new world order need to stay in place reasons of antisocial behaviour which I am not guilty of any offence depite this the courts have given me an injunction which I do not consent or care about at all
I am very legal Inoue equality rights as iv been forced to learn to protect myself and others around me
The government change to labour will not make any difference
I feel like Robbin hood here trying to attempt and force leaving up and more
Robbin hood robbed the rich to feed the poor and I will continue to support myself and my rights under my tenancy the right to family and private life let alone the abuse of two landlords and Manchester city council
This is worldwide and it's time to start with our forceful knowledge and seek justice in today's society
This has caused me mental abuse which Is continue to suffer only more progressive however I am determined to contribute to this right we all have

Hi @Wayney1
Welcome to the community!
Thank you for joining, and for sharing your thoughts with us. It sounds as though you're facing a few challenges at the moment, but that you've been able to learn a lot about discrimination and the law to help you defend yourself.
If you feel you could benefit from some advice on your housing rights, I'd recommend that you get in touch with Shelter.
If you believe you've been discriminated against based on a protected characteristic, such as sexuality or disability, you may want to get in touch with the Equality Advisory Support Service (EASS).
If your neighbour has been making statements such as that your sexuality isn't 'normal', you may want to report this as a hate crime. Here are some links you may find helpful:- True Vision - report a hate crime online
- Stop Hate UK
This has caused me mental abuse which Is continue to suffer only more progressiveAre you receiving any support for your mental health at the moment? I can only imagine how much facing these kinds of attitudes from others might affect your wellbeing.
