Support for graduate

Hi my name is Grace, I am trying to find a service to support a young person
who has completed an Automotive and Transport Design degree. He was studying remotely since the pandemic and had 1:1 support throughout his degree to help compensate for poor hearing and slight cognitive delay. He has experienced a multitude of serious health conditions (and the effects of treatment) throughout his life. Against incredible odds, he has just completed a degree at Coventry and is keen to work. Any ideas/information? thanks

Welcome to the community @connexions Thank you for joining us!
Are you looking for information on supporting him to enter into employment? If so, what kind of information are you looking for?
You might want to look into our employment services. Our friendly advisers can support eligible adults with finding and securing suitable work.
Could he access any careers support from his university? I believe that the university I went to offers a careers service to recent graduates, as well as current students.
We also have a page on our website about looking for work as a disabled person. This includes information about reasonable adjustments, and finding an inclusive employer.
Additionally, he may want to look into Access to Work.0
