I too have had a very bad experience of an assessor lying I recorded the assessment said I walked to the shops daily, not sure where they got that from, then had a telephone call, whilst suffering from severe clinical depression at 09.15 one morning the decision maker ( mandatory reconsideration) was only interested in protecting the “ public purse” told me if I wanted to pursue it I needed to start new claim nothing about tribunal. He had made the decision more than a week before my shut off date.
rang and told them I was recording the conversation said they were terminating the call and that was it, why are they happy to record my conversation but strangely they are very frightened of getting themselves caught out ?

I`ve read on other forums / fora that if you record without their knowledge or approval they will terminate the call immediately if they find out / the interviewee tells them.

In a previous thread dated December 2021 you said you were at Tribunal stage. Thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/87029/im-at-tribunal-stage-got-a-letter-saying-position-remains-unchanged-what-does-this-mean#latestDid the Tribunal make a decision on that?

You are doing really well keep going @trixie2013. However, I can hear that things have been difficult for you, especially with your health deteriorating.
Would anything, in particular, make this feel more manageable for you at the moment? We are all here for you and listening to you0
