Messages from PIP saying we have not yet made a decision

I keep getting messages from PIP saying "we have not yet made a decision on your PIP claim. we will write to you when we have made a decision" I had my assessment which was 3 weeks ago, any help would be appreciated

    Hi and welcome to the community 

    That is a standard message and nothing to worry about 

    Decisions can take anything from 2 to 12 weeks after the assessment

    I hope that janer1967's comment has reassured you that this is nothing to worry about, and that it can take a little while to receive the decision letter.

    Does getting a message saying that they haven't made a decision about your PIP claim, a good thing or not regarding your claim?

    It doesn't mean anything other than what it says in the text. It's a standard text sent to the majority that gives a mobile number.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
