There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note, providing you continued to send fit notes without any gaps until the decision was made on your claim. The extra money for LCWRA is not paid at all during the waiting period.
Based on the information you gave your waiting period will be June/July, July/Aug, Aug/Sept, .... LCWRA starts from assessment period Sept 7th to Oct 6th and first payment will be 13th Oct, this means they owe you 1 months LCWRA element.
Money owed is paid separately to your usually monthly money and it can take a few weeks to pay what they owe you.

I know you haven't received the LCWRA payment for this month, that was because the decision was made after your statement was produced. As i advised it often takes a few weeks to pay what they owe you. I have no idea if you will receive it before your next payment.
