I requested a tribunal as explained in my other thread, my question is the email from the tribunal states that the DWP have been informed and will respond by the 21 October if they don’t respond the tribunal will send them a reminder
as it is now the 26 October do I have to do anything as I’ve not heard anything and when I log in to track my progress online it just says the DWP will respond by the 21 October
thanks

Received a txt yesterday that DWP have responded and they have wrote to me to tell me why I wasn’t awarded pip
is this right ?0 -
I've not known them do that. What usually happens is you will be sent the "bundle" which will contain everything you sent, including the PIP2 form, the assessment report and DWPs response.

One of my cases was sorted on that point. DWP admitted the mistake, and the tribunal banned my case-
If the DWP revise the decision then the appeal will lapse because the decision being appealed no longer exists it isn’t the tribunal ‘banning’ the appeal.0 -
Thanks for the replies
this is the message I received

Not received anything in the post yet0

As i advised, the next thing you'll receive will be the bundle because DWP have now responded. The message mentions a hearing date which means DWP have not changed their decision at this stage.

Thanks @poppy123456 you’ve put my mind at ease as I didn’t understand the ‘response’ part of the message0

Hi all
i have another question please
as I already said I received a txt on the 2nd November telling me DWP have responded to my appeal and that the DWP have written to me with a response although I’ve not received anything yet
today I receive another txt telling me to send any evidence so that it can be reviewed before the hearing (I haven’t got a date yet)
my q is as I haven’t received the bundle yet I don’t know what to send0 -

You don’t need to send anything that you’ve already sent DWP because this will be in your bundle when you receive it.0
-
Thanks @poppy123456 the only thing is I can’t remember what dwp have now I’m worrying that if I wait for the bundle it might not leave time for me to send or them review what I’ve sent
im thinking about just sending what I have again, would this be ok ?0 -
You can send them again but you should receive the bundle very soon, if you don't you need to contact HMCTS to ask them to send it. You can't attend your hearing without this.

Thanks @poppy123456 your help is much appreciated0

Sorry to be a pain
received the bundle this morning and I have sent everything I have, although do I send real life instances or just explain these on the day of tribunal ?0 -
If you haven’t written your submission then you can use the real world examples in that. Remember they won’t take into consideration any worsening of condition.1

The tribunal can then review all the information and can focus the tribunal itself on areas they want to explore further by asking you questions.1
