Wrong Health Condition Noted by ESA Team

When I had my phone interview at the very start of my claim, they said - I see you have post natal depression and a broken arm. No I do not!
I asked for them to amend this. I thought they'd done that however, when I called them today to ask if they had my health questionnaire, they said - don't worry, as you have mental health issues, you get extra time. (????!!)
How can they think a 50 something year old with adult (aged mid 20s) children has post natal depression? I consider myself to be a tough cookie. I raised 2 prem children by myself and I did not have post natal depression then either. I've been working throughout but took a year's mat leave with each child.
I'm off now as I have old woman conditions like arthritis, hypothyroidism, heart defect, hbp, headaches. An injury caused concussion and have work related elbow issues
How do I get them to sort this out?

On retrospect, it might be from when I was off when my mum died suddenly and I had 'bereavement reaction with anxiety'. But that was 10 years ago.

ESA is not about a diagnosis, so i don't think it really matters.

If you've been claiming ESA for that long then that will be why they have a mental health marker on your file.

I've been working since age 21, straight out of education other than a year each off when kids born. I was off 10 years ago just for a few months when my mum passed away but back into work after, until my recent old woman issues started to mount up. I've been claiming ESA since end July 2022.
