PIP assessment

Hi all, I'm new here so please forgive me if I go on a bit or sound a bit inexperienced.

A few days ago I had my PIP review assessment.  It was supposed to be a video call but the assessor couldn't get online so we did a telephone assessment.

First off I'll give a bit of background info.

I've been claiming pip since 2016, I was awarded 5 years but it was extended due to COVID.  All my previous assessments for pip and esa have been f2f.  During the f2f my physical limitations were tested so the assessors could see what I was able to do.

When I sent my completed review form I also sent my medical file with all pertinent info highlited.  I also sent test results and letters from my support explaining just what help I need daily. During the assessment I also had to explain that since the paperwork was sent I have been diagnosed with new conditions which I haven't been able to send the paperwork for however, they are linked to some of my current health conditions.

As this assessment was over the telephone, the assessors was unable to do physical tests so presumable just have to take my word for it.

I was told that the assessment would take 45 minutes but it took more than an hour as we had so much to cover.  The first 50 minutes were spent going over my medical conditions, medication/treatments and how they affect me.  The final 15 or so minutes were rushed and covered in part what help and support I need.  It was only after the assessment did I realise that not all of the questions were covered.  I'm not sure what to make of this as I wonder if omitting these questions would give me lower points.  On the pip review form, I answered these questions and by going from the point system I should get a minimum of 4 points.

At the end of the assessment, she said that she has all of the info she needs and that everything tallies up. She also apologised for rushing the last part.

To be honest, I feel that the assessment went quite well and for the questions that she did ask, I think I put all my points across.  I am worried though about the questions she left off.

Is it normal for the assessor to ignore some of the questions? Would they just do that if they believe the answers I give on the form or do you think that she left them off because she was rushed and simply forgot to ask them?

I'm sorry it the post is difficult to understand, I have trouble putting my thoughts down.

Any advice offered would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

The assessment is for them to gather more evidence to support your claim but this doesn't mean they will ask you all questions related to the all PIP descriptors. Some questions may cover multiple descriptors.
I think at this stage it's impossible to predict anything and you will need to wait for the decision. Once the report is returned to DWP a decision can take 2-12 weeks, sometimes longer.

Thank you for answering.  One of the questions asked could have taken an answer from others but the other was the budgeting questions.  There was nothing else asked that the answer could have applied to. Nothing was mentioned about money or anything in relation to budgeting. I'm just hoping that they agree with my reply on the form and the letter sent from my support.

As i advised, they may have had enough of evidence without needing to ask you more.
