i was eventually diagnosed earlier this year, I have a whole side where the skin has fused. I seem to have continual flare ups - looking for advice

Ouch, I'm not sure what your condition is but it sounds exceptionally painful. Would you be able to tell us a little more about what it is and how it affects you? You might be able to find others who have the same condition in the impairments section of our categories. I find it sometimes helps to speak with others who have been through the same thing, so please do reply to anyone whose story resonates with you.
