Thanks for the add. I have been diagnosed cervical Spondylosis and would appreciate any advice /tips on how to deal with living with it and keeping my job. I’ve been off work most of this year with flare ups! 🥲

@Yvie1965 What a lovely username! Hello and welcome to our online community, how are you feeling today?
I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with cervical spondylosis, that must be a challenge to manage day in, day out. Do you have support medically or from family and friends?
As we aren't medically qualified, we are unable to offer any specific advice around treatment etc. However, in terms of work - I wondered if you had talked with your employers about any reasonable adjustments they could make that would help you do your job? Here's Scope's general advice page about reasonable adjustments at work and it could be that some changes to the physical environment would help or changed hours? How has your employer been regarding your sickness so far? Supportive I hope.
Please do take a look around our different categories as many of our members are in a similar position, dealing with chronic illness and I'm sure you could relate to their stories.
I hope things get easier for you soon, both pain wise and in relation to your job. Take care and do keep us updated!0
