Confused tho had text to say been awarded but when I ring and they tell me the amount the date they say at the end for payment is July 12 any ideas anyone

@carcari Hello there and ah, I'm pleased to hear you've been successful in getting an award! I'm gathering it's for PIP, is that right?
Also, is the 12 July 2022 the date you will be receiving arrears from I wonder? Was this the date on your original PIP claim form? Apologies if I have misunderstood.0 -
If this was information from the automated payment line then I’d be aware that it has been for it to give incorrect information.
