Are you having problems posting? I see you've started some other threads too but didn't finish them before posting. What advice would you like? You'll need to give some more information before anyone can help you.0

At the tribunal the panel will have looked at the papers and will want to explore with you you are affected by your health conditions. They will not go over matters that are already clear. They should seek to put you at your ease, they are trying to find out information to help them make a decision.0

Thank you for your reply, I’m just confused slightly because is it not about how I was last May? I know things have gotten worse for me since then but I don’t know how to tell them how I was then in comparison to how I am now? Does that make any sense?0
-
They will not take into consideration any worsening of condition.

The job of the tribunal is to decide whether the DWP made a correct decision when they made the award. if they decide the DWP decision was incorrect then they make a new decision in place of DWP. They cannot take into account changes in your health since the DWP decision was made.
If you health has deteriorated and you want DWP to take this into account then you have to report a change in your health and you will be sent a new health form followed by a new health assessment following which DWP will make a new decision. However changes in your health will not necessarily result in additional points and even if they do the number of extra points may not be enough to change the Pip entitlement. Before reporting a change it is therefore important to make sure you fully understand the PIP scoring system and/or seek advice.

Regarding your duplicate posts, don't worry @zebra8487! This is a problem other members have experienced, too. We're going to leave your duplicates up for now while we look into what might have happened You may see them be closed or removed at some point, but it's not because you've done anything wrong.
I've got a few questions for you, if that's okay?- What type of device are you using? e.g. phone, laptop, desktop, tablet
- What browser are you using? e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge
- Do you use any device plug-ins?
- Do you use any assistive tech with your device?
- Could you see that multiple posts were being made, or did it look like you were just writing and posting one post?

Just to update, tribunal rang as it was a phone call hearing. After introduction himself (the judge) the two drs present and stating that no one from dwp was there he said, ‘we have already agreed to award you standard mobility’ which was exactly what I felt I was entitled to. I had already gotten standard daily living. It’s a massive relief if I am honest and the panel were lovely0 -
@zebra8487 That's excellent news, thanks for the update. I get it being a massive relief... and breathe! Also, thanks for the info regards your device, that will help us look into it a bit more
Have a great weekend.0
