Well my friend was denied a pip award, she got the two points reccomended by the assessor.
As my head is up in the clouds over my own pip review and as per usual my brain fog is blocking my thinking, (It's taken me 20mins to get this far typing this) How long do you get to forward your actual MR after it's logged with dwp that you are going down that route. I can't remember what way I did it before.
Any words of knowledge very welcome. X

Just put the MR request I’m writing. You don’t need to ring to request it.They should state where and why they think they should have scored those points. Decision timescales are 2-12 weeks.0

@poppy123456 I think she means she phoned and logged the MR but wants to know how long she has to put in writing her reasons for why she thinks they got it wrong. Is there an actual timescale to get the MR and any new evidence back to them. ?0

As she's already requested the MR then a decision can be made at anytime, so she needs to start writing the letter ASAP. Though the timescales are between 2-12 weeks by the time it's written, sent and received a decision could have already been made. There's no guarantee they will wait for anything extra to be sent, even if she asked them to.1

OK.. I understand. I will let her know. Thanks for explaining that.0

@Tbarber47 the trouble is she's not getting any new evidence fast as she's trying to get OT referral and only got a doctors apt for first time in over a year.
So new evidence is thin on the ground. She has got a disability group helping her with the MR ,but as a lot of the descriptors apply to her they are doing it bit by bit,so the process is slow.I feel her frustration I can't get docs apt either, we've only three doctors covering a huge area with limited ringbacks morning only. So I'm not sure how this will pan out. I hope it works out for you. I really do.0
